The FD 6150 Inserter brings advanced folding & inserting technology and
flexibility to the office environment. The unique AutoSet™ feature allows for
one-touch setup of new jobs by automatically measuring paper lengths, envelope sizes and fold lengths. Recurring and frequent jobs run in AutoSet™ can also be
stored as a programmed job setting for hassle-free setup and operation.
The FD 6150 is configured with 2 sheet feeders and 1 insert
feeder to process a variety of mailing applications. Up to 9 jobs can be
programmed so that recurring and frequent jobs can be processed with the push of
a button.

Formax 6304 Series Folder Inserter
The new 6304 Series Inserters combine user-friendly features with high productivity. Three base models are available in a variety of configurations to
meet the needs of any size office or mailroom. High-capacity input and output
options combine with fully-automatic adjustments and increased speed.
For increased productivity, the new High-Capacity configurations are available,
which include a Vertical Stacker that holds up to 500 finished envelopes, a
Document Feeder that holds up to 725 sheets, and/or a Production Feeder, with a
capacity of up to 325 BREs or short inserts. Options include Advanced OMR and
BCR, Formax MailDoc™ Software, short feed trays and a side exit tray.
A full-color touchscreen control panel, combined with 25 programmable jobs,
provides efficient and hassle-free operation. The 6304 Series is powerful enough
to fold up to 8 pages in tri-fold and up to 10 pages in half-fold modes. Its versatility allows for processing forms of various lengths and thickness all at the same time, up to 3,600 per hour and up to 40,000 pieces per month. The full-color touchscreen control panel makes operation even easier than before. The optional production feeder holds up to 325 BRE’s and up to 1,200 sheets of paper, which increases hopper capacity and reduces loading time.

Formax 6602 Series Folder Inserter
The versatile 6602 Series provides power and flexibility in a design that’s easy to use. Two, four and six-station models offer a combination of standard and special feeders. The 6602 Series features a new full-color touchscreen control panel, up to 25 pogrammable jobs, and the power to fold up to 10 sheets (half-fold) and up to 8 sheets (tri-fold).
A variety of options bring high-capacity folding and inserting right into your office. The High-Capacity Envelope Hopper and Output Conveyor each hold up to 1,000 envelopes. Choose from one or two Production Feeders, with a combined feeding ability of up to 2,400 sheets or 750 BREs. A Thin Booklet Feeder inserts documents up to 2.5mm thick. In addition, Single-Track and Dual-Track OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) options provide a high level of document security.

Formax 7200 Series Folder Inserters
The Formax 7200 Series Inserters take flexibility and productivity to new heights. Whether you need to insert a 50-page document, a glossy booklet up to 6mm thick, or anything in between, this system can meet the challenge. Its modular design offers up to 11 feed stations, with high-capacity feeders, and a standard capacity of up to 2,000 sheets.
The top-loading envelope hopper holds up to 800 #10 envelopes or 500 landscape-format flats. Inserting into landscape flats offers higher processing speeds, fewer jams, and lower envelope costs.
A 15” color touchscreen PC interface guides operators through job programming and functions, and with unlimited programmable jobs, it’s even easier to run recurring or frequently processed applications. High-Capacity Intelligent Feeders are an option which can read 1 and 2-track OMR, 1D Barcodes and 2D Data Matrix, and these codes can be located anywhere on the document.
The 7200 Series has the power to process up to 4,800 envelopes per hour, up to 200,000 finished pieces per month. The robust folding system folds up to 8 sheets at a time. Feeders can be linked with a Cascade Mode to maximize output by connecting feeders filled with the same document. When one feeder empties, the next automatically starts feeding. Optional High-Capacity Versatile Feeders are top loading making it easy to
reload on-the-fly and provide the ability to insert a variety of media, including glossy booklets, DVDs and small inserts.
Infrared and electromechanical Double Document Detectors help to ensure the correct documents get into each envelope. These features allow for the automatic insertion of
