The STERLING DIGIBINDER has created a new standard for on demand perfect binders. Never has a perfect binding machine been able to create books of such quality with automatic set up at such an affordable price. It has set the bar high for all perfect binders to follow.
The DIGIBINDER is a completely self-adjusting perfect binder. The pneumatic clamp and nipper adjust automatically. A compressor is included. Bind a thin book, then a thick book, without any adjustments whatsoever. Bind two sheets to two and a quarter inches thick. The unique, heavy duty roughing blade allows for the binding of offset stock, coated stock, and stock with oil based or wax based inks.
Twin glue rollers ensure an even glue application as does a third, metering roller to smooth out the glue. The machine side glues for hinge covers and even creates a light hinge due to the nipper pressure, which is adjustable. Bind perfectly square backed books or pads with our glue binders.

The STERLING DIGIBINDER PLUS has all of the standard features of The DIGIBINDER® glue binder plus a few extras: It includes a stand, which is on casters, as well as a safety cover which will stop the operation of the machine when lifted. More importantly, it includes a vacuum waste removal system, which allows for the use of even heavier duty notching pins, which prepare the spine for gluing.
The STERLING® DIGIBINDER SUPER has the same features as The Digibinder and Digibinder Plus, with added automation. The machine includes an automatic cover feeder and vertical stacker. There are two glue pots, one for side gluing and one with twin glue rollers which allows for an even glue application as does a third, metering roller to smooth out the glue. The extra heavy duty roughing blade ensures the binding of coated, oil infused, and UV coated stock.
The DIGIBINDER® SUPER is a completely self-adjusting perfect binder. The pneumatic clamp and nipper adjust automatically. A compressor is included. Bind a thin book, then a thick book, without any adjustments whatsoever. Bind two sheets to over two inches thick.
The machine may be run in manual mode, without the cover feeder, semi-automatic mode where a button needs to be pressed for the machine to cycle, or automatic mode which cycles the machine as soon as the book is placed in the clamp.

Electric Spiral Binding Machine Designed for The Modern Workspace
Rhin-O-Tuff’s start-to-finish spiral binding system includes vertical punching, electric coil inserting and electric crimping all in one machine. Unique features include:
The Coil Binding System 3000 is designed to electrically punch up to 20 sheets of 20 lb. bond per lift. The vertical punch throat allows you to align, job and insert pages and covers using gravity for the perfect punch each time. Use the touch-button or foot pedal for hands-free punching. Oversized oval punch pins punch larger holes for easy coil threading.
Dual electric coil rollers built right into this unique spiral binding system push the coil binding element easily through the holes in seconds. The Coil Roller Adjustment knob allows the user to insert coil diameters from 6mm to 50mm or documents up to 2″ (440 sheets of 20 lb. bond).
The best feature of this all-in-one spiral binding machine: integrated electric coil crimping! Once the coil is inserted into the document, simply place each end into the electric coil crimper and press the foot pedal. The crimper will cut and bend the end of the coil element, ensuring the coil will not unravel from the book. The crimper dial adjusts easily for coil elements from 6mm to 560mm.
